9 points for 1st place (with a deal)
9 points for 2nd place (with a deal)

4 points for 3rd place (deal or no deal)

PLUS 

The number of participants divided by ( 2 to the power of finishing
position ), rounded down to nearest half point, where that number is
greater than 0.5

eg.

Finish first with 10 players is (10 / (2^1)) = +5 points
Finish second with 10 players is (10 / (2^2)) = +2.5 points
Finish third with 10 players is (10 / (2^3)) = +1 points
Finish fourth with 10 players is (10 / (2^3)) = +0.5 points
